Rây 300g bột mì đa dụng và 1/2 muỗng cà phê muối vào tô lớn. Thêm từng chút trứng đã đánh tan vào chỗ nhồi nhồi đều cho đến khi thành khối đồng nhất.
Chia khối bột làm 3 phần đều nhau. Giữ yên 1 phần, còn 2 phần còn lại lần lượt nhồi với 10ml nước lá dứa và 10ml nước củ dền cho quyện đều. Sau đó, bọc màng thực phẩm ủ bột khoảng 30 phút.
Bột sau khi ủ đem ra mặt phẳng có áo sẵn 1 lớp bột chống dính. Dùng chày cán mỏng rồi thái thành những sợi mì là hoàn tất.
Tiện thể đã nấu xong nồi nước lèo thì bạn có thể chần mì qua nước sôi rồi xếp những sợi mì vào tô, múc nước lèo chan vào cùng các loại rau ăn kem, thêm 1 quả trứng lòng đào cho đẹp mắt. Món này ăn sáng là hết sẩy rồi nhé!
