Bắp mỹ bóc bỏ vỏ, luộc hoặc hấp chín rồi thái lấy hạt bắp. Nên chọn những trái bắp thon dài, hạt bắp con to và tươi nhé! Bạn có thể không cần hấp chín trước cũng được vì xào lâu một tý là được.
Đun chảo chảo với 1/2 muỗng canh bơ, cho bắp hột vào, đảo đều tay, thêm vào hành lá, 1/4 muỗng cà phê muối, 1 muỗng canh đường và tép khô vào, đảo đều vài phút thì tắt bếp.
